Almond Butter Cookies

These delicious copies are gluten and dairy free! I use a baking stone lined with parchment to bake my cookies on!


  • 1 cup Almond Butter (I use Justin's)
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp. gluten free baking soda
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 egg



Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Scoop the cookies onto the parchment lined baking stones using a melon ball scoop to keep them consistent in size. Arrange 12 cookies per sheet. Using a fork dipped in water, create a criss cross on each cook to flatten them out a bit. Bake at 350 degree for 8-10 minutes.
