Almond Flour Pie Crust

From the Kitchen of Lara Lyn Carter


  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup plant based butter
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2. tsp. fine sea salt
  • 1 egg at room temperature


Mix all ingredients together and press into a 9 inch pie plate that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake the crust at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool completely and fill with your favorite filling.
