Bloody Southern Caesar

  • Lime for the rim of the glass and garnish
  • 1 tsp.celery salt
  • 1 tsp. coarse salt
  • 3 slices of bacon cooked crisp
  • 1 jigger Southern Vodka
  • 7 drops El Guapo bitters Craw Fish Boil or Gumbo
  • 2 drops of Worcestershire
  • hot sauce to taste
  • 4 oz. Clamato juice


Sprinkle 1/2 of the celery salt on the bacon and cook the bacon until very crisp. Use 2 pieces of bacon for garnish. The other piece can be crushed with the remaining celery salt and coarse salt for the rim of the glass.


Coat the rim of the glass with lime and “bacon” salt. Add ice ¾ of the way up the cocktail glass. Pour 1 jigger of vodka over the ice and then add the Worcestershire, , bitters,hot sauce, and Clamato juice. Garnish with bacon or more lime.
