Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. organic butter melted
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. GF baking powder
  • 1 tsp. GF baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup coconut sugar

Directions

 

 

Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray. Pour melted butter into the bottom of the pan. In a large bowl combine the flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and milk together. Pour the mixture over the butter. Pour the berries evenly over the flour mixture but do not stir. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
