Brussels Sprouts with Mustard Sauce

  • 4 cups Brussls Sprouts washed, stems trimmed and cut in half
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 tbsp. coarse salt
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp. Prepared Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. honey


Bring the salted water to a boil and place the sprouts into the water. Boil the sprouts for 8 minutes. Drain the sprouts well.

Melt the butter in a large skillet and stir in the mustard and pepper. Add the sprouts and toss well to coat.
