Chocolate Almond Espresso Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. fine sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. instant espresso powder
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. pure almond extract
  • 1/2 cup organic dark chocolate chips

Directions

Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chip in a large bowl. Mix well with a large whisk. Stir in the chocolate chips. Bake in a greased 9×9 baking dish at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
