Chocolate “covered” Banana Ice Cream

From the Kitchen of Lara Lyn Carter



  • 2 ripe bananas peeled, broken in half and frozen
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar



Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour in a medium size plastic container and freeze for 3-4 hours.
