Dairy Free Pizza Dip

  • 4 oz. Plant Based Cream Cheese (I use Kite Hill)
  • 1/4 cup diced red and green bell peppers
  • 1/4 diced sweet onion
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 cup organic marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped nitrate free pepperoni (I use Applegate)



Mix the oregano, basil, salt, and garlic together with the cream cheese. Spread the cream cheese into the bottom of a small greased skillet or baking dish. Sprinkle the peppers and onions on top of the cream cheese mixture. Pour the marinara sauce over the peppers and onions. Add the chopped pepperoni to the top. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve with gluten free bagel chips or gluten free crostini.
