Gluten Free Beer Bread

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups almond flour ( I use Bob's Red Mill)
- 1 tsp. fine sea salt
- 2 tsps. gluten free baking soda (again I use Bob's Red Mill)
- 1/3 cup Sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1 cup gluten free beer (I used Guten)
- 2 tbsp. ghee for top (optional)
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well. Combine the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients. Pour in a greased and parchment lined bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
