Grilled Lamb with Rosemary

Lamb is one of my favorite foods. This recipe is simple, delicious, and just perfect for a cookout!



  • One 4 pound leg of lamb deboned and tied
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic
  • zest and juice of one lemon
  • 3 tbsp. fresh rosemary minced
  • one clove garlic minced


Place lamb in baking dish. Whisk ingredients together and pour over lamb. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Remove lamb from marinade and discard rosemary. Reserve marinade for basting. Grill basting frequently until temperature reaches 145 degrees in center part of lamb. Allow the lamb to rest 20 minutes before serving.
