Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Herb Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • MUSHROOMS
  • 6 large portobello mushrooms, cleaned, with stems removed
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. coarse salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • HERB SAUCE
  • ½ cup Olive Oil mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Kite Hill Almond Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

Brush mushrooms generously with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat 6 minutes per side.

For the herb sauce, mix all ingredients together and serve with mushrooms.
