Hasselback Sweet Potatos

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup plant based butter melted
  • 1/4 cup D'Vash Sweet Potato Nectar
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans



Wash and slice sweet potatoes 3/4 of the way through the potato all of the way down the potato. Combine the butter and sweet potato nectar and pour it over the sweet potatoes. Bake the sweet potatoes at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Top the potatoes with the pecans and bake for 15 more minutes.
