Lemon Poppy Seed Lavender Bread

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp. lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. culinary grade lavender


In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients. In a small bowl beat the eggs, honey and coconut sugar together. Add the lemon juice and zest to the wet ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together and stir in the poppy seeds and lavender last. Pour in a prepared loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes
