Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Cookie

  • 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill GF Almond Flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Bob's Red Mill GF baking powder
  • 1/2 cup D'Vash Date Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla
  • 2 cups Bob's Red Mill GF Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Use a melon ball scoop to keep the cookies even! Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
