Savory Spinach and Feta Biscuits

These savory biscuits are perfect for breakfast or dinner. Make a batch and freeze them for later in the week!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp. gluten free baking powder
  • 1 tsp. fine sea salt
  • 1tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 9 0z. frozen spinach thawed and drained well
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup almond milk

Directions

Line a muffin tin with 12 baking cups. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well. Combine the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients. Divide the mixture among the 12 cups and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
