Spicy Egg Salad

- 1 tbsp. olive oil mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. creole mustard (I use Zatarains)
- 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 4 hard boiled eggs peeled and cooled completely
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, creole mustard, horseradish, and paprika. Chop the eggs and stir them into to the mixture. Enjoy!
