Spicy Egg Salad

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. creole mustard (I use Zatarains)
  • 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 4 hard boiled eggs peeled and cooled completely



In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, creole mustard, horseradish, and paprika. Chop the eggs and stir them into to the mixture. Enjoy!
