Sweet Onion Crab Dip

This is a must for the crab lover. When Vidalia Onions are in season they make it even better!


  • 2 cups chopped sweet onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup swiss cheese grated
  • 2 cups Dukes Mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. lump crab meat picked clean of shells
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill minced


Mixx all of the ingredients together and pour into a greased 9×9 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until gold and bubbly! Serve with crackers or toast points.
