Vidalia Onion Slaw with Lime Crema

  • 2 cups of angel hair slaw
  • 1 cup thinly sliced Vidalia onion
  • 1/4 cup plant based plain greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp. paleo mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lime zest
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
  • 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar


Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, zest, vinegar, and salt together. Toss the cabbage, onion and yogurt mixture together and serve as a side dish, with fish tacos, or with my Crockpot  Chile Lime Chicken.
