Grab and Go Granola

From the Kitchen of Lara Lyn Carter


  • 3 cups of roughly chopped walnuts (you can substitute Pecan if you choose)
  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened golden raisins
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dried unsweetened cherries


Combine all ingredients into a large bowl mixing well. Pour themixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 300 degree oven for 30 minutes.
